Progress pics - 6 weeks until Cardinal!

Wow! It's been a long time since I've had pics taken and I haven't seen my back until today . . . . whoa, very pleased with the progress! Six weeks out until Cardinal Classic in Youngstown!!

I will likely start my "lean out" menu next weekend. So far, so good with the first two meal plans. . . I'm sure the going will be tougher, but now it doesn't seem so far off! Yea!!!

Post race

The day after the race, I got to enjoy my burger and beer at Lake Placid Pub and Brewery. MMMM! I had the 6 - 4oz sampler which was damn good!! We enjoyed Monday and Tuesday at the beach before heading downtown to shop on Tuesday night.
