Yep, I finally got on my bike this morning! Conor is home sick, so I got on my bike and did a tiny, little ride. Trying to keep my HR in zone one is always a challenge, but I hardly sweat. Isn't it nice of Bill to capture me at my loveliest?

I'm a mother of two great boys -- Liam and Conor -- and have been competing in triathlons since 1991. I got my husband, Bill, into the sport years ago. Now the whole family is involved -- whether they want to be or not. In 2006, I became "Snickers Girl" as I raced for Snickers Marathon Bars! 2009- my newest venture into figure competitions!
