Body comp update
Friday I had my body composition done and just as Ralph predicted, I didn't lose any weight, but I have tightened up!! I got my new menu and started that this weekend, so I expect to see the tuning up in the next two weeks!! Four weeks to go.....
Arms - 10.5
Chest - 35.5
Waist - 28
Hips - 36 (that's more like it!!!)
Thighs - 20
Calves - 13
Body fat - 15.43%
BTW, I'm eating my first "salad" in ages. Red leaf lettuce, tuna, egg whites, and balsamic vinaigrette (oops, it's supposed to be just vinegar).
