Ironman Lake Placid morning

Today is the Ironman in Lake Placid. Last year I was up and trying to drink my shake while getting ready for the start. I just logged into the website to get the race updates (yes, I know it hasn't started yet!), and the song, Bittersweet Symphony by The Verb came on -- that is the song that played as I crossed the finish line!! Every time I hear it, it brings automatic memories of the race finish and the race -- awesome!

So I had to post this blog while listening to my Lake Placid song. Good luck to all the competitors today -- I hope you get a great song too!
