Here's my updated profile picture -- Snickers Girl and my usual smile! I ran the Johnnycake Jog on Sunday and snuck in just under eight minute mile pace with my 39:56. We ran home after, so I got a 10 miler in for the day. . . . I have, however, spent two days at my D.O. and chiropractor . . . oh well! On to Fairport Tri this weekend!

I'm a mother of two great boys -- Liam and Conor -- and have been competing in triathlons since 1991. I got my husband, Bill, into the sport years ago. Now the whole family is involved -- whether they want to be or not. In 2006, I became "Snickers Girl" as I raced for Snickers Marathon Bars! 2009- my newest venture into figure competitions!
